Electra Gate Solutions provides electric gate and garage door services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and related work, to residential and commercial customers in Woodcrest, Riverside, and throughout the Inland Empire region of California. Insurance and licensing. Electra Gate Solutions is insured. We do not represent ourselves as a licensed or certified contractor, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a claim of licensing or certification. If a particular project requires a licensed contractor under applicable law, please let us know so we can discuss the appropriate options for your needs.
Estimates and Pricing
We are happy to provide free estimates for prospective work. Please keep the following in mind regarding estimates and pricing:
- Estimates and quotes are provided for your convenience and are based on the information available to us at the time, which may include details you provide over the phone, by email, or through our online forms.
- Quotes are not final until we complete an on-site inspection. Actual pricing may change once our technician evaluates the work in person and identifies the true condition of the equipment, site conditions, parts required, and labor involved.
- Prices may also be affected by factors such as the cost and availability of parts, the complexity of the work, access to the work area, and any additional services you request.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for a limited time and are subject to change.
We will communicate any material change in pricing to you before performing the affected work whenever reasonably possible.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Any warranty that applies to parts or labor for your project will be explained on your invoice or work order. The scope, duration, and terms of a warranty depend on the specific products installed and the work performed, and warranty details govern in the event of any conflict with general statements on the Site.
Disclaimers. Except for any express warranty stated on your invoice or work order, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our services, the Site, and all content on the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. - If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as far in advance as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Appointment windows are estimates. While we make every effort to arrive on time, factors such as traffic, weather, and the length of preceding jobs may affect timing. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any delays.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, parts availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may, at our discretion, be subject to a fee, which we will communicate to you in advance where applicable.
Payment
Payment terms for your project will be set out in your estimate, quote, work order, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We may require a deposit for certain jobs, particularly those involving special-order parts or larger installations. You agree to pay all amounts due for services rendered and any applicable taxes. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and any fees permitted by law. If you have a billing question or dispute, please contact us promptly so we can resolve it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Electra Gate Solutions, or its owners, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or a particular project shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
